Warnings: Not for use during pregnancy.

Lemon Balm: It is soothing for the nervous and digestive systems which helps with reducing stress and tension-related migraines.

Cardiac: Lemon Balm is a vasodilator which means it broadens capillaries and blood vessels to reduce head pressure. Lowers triglycerides and improves cholesterol synthesis.

Menstrual: Reduces symptoms of PMS.

Liver: Helps detox the liver.

Diabetes: Helps control blood sugar levels

Thryoid: Helps control hyperthyroidism by regulating thyroid-binding problems.

Gastrointestinal: Aids in digestion and prevents peptic ulcers.

Neuro: Reduces damage from plaque forming proteins in Alzheimer's disease.

Peppermint: is a common essential oil used to treat migraines and headaches. It contains menthol, which can help relax muscles and relieve pain. Some research suggests that peppermint oil can be as effective as lidocaine for treating migraines when applied intranasally. Other studies have found that topical peppermint oil can be more effective than a placebo for treating tension headaches.

Menstrual: On top of all of these benefits for headaches/migraines, this combination will also aid in reducing severe menstrual cramping. The feverfew herb has properties that stimulate the uterus and act as a pain reliever.

Intestinal: Calms the stomach and intestinal tract, relaxes the muscles, and soothes the mucous membranes. Helps treat diarrhea, spastic colon, and irritable bowl syndrome.

Warnings: Can increase heartburn and symptoms of GERD. Shouldn’t be used if pregnant.
